Nokia N97 (the name has been never confirmed officially) till now existed only as informal drawings and rumors - but this fact was not a problem for the Chinese comrades to create their own variant of the device. The device which has been designed based only on hearings, rumors and pics, has turned out to be frightening. It is a slider with rotating digital camera, which (mechanism) reminds the design of N90. In the rest, the phone’s design reminds a little the Nokia devices. In short, this is not the single case when in China appears the clone of a not yet born phone - some time before, the Chinese factories have managed to release a model, being based on early technical figures of iPhone. However, unfortunately, the real iPhone was absolutely different than those figures.

According to Bowen Research, more than a third of the respondents older than 30 years are experiencing a "deep irritation" from the mobile phone’s user interface. The research has concluded an eloquent enough break between users till 30 years and users older than this age: if the first group, by estimation of researchers, uses 52 % of the mobile phone functions, the second - older - only 12 %. Bowen Research interrogated the respondents through personal interview, the number of participants is not revealed. We can assume that this problem will be less actual when the present young generation will get older, however, this research should become a signal for the mobile manufacturers - the user interface needs to be made easier.
