LG has presented several days ago a new camera-phone – a replacement for the of camera series’ leader, Viewty. The phone has a pleasant design, a 8 Mp digital camera and a 14 mm thickness, challenging Sony Ericsson С905. With Samsung INNOV8 the LG novelty cannot compete, as it is in another weight category - INNOV8 is a smartphone.
At the same time, the technical specs of the novelty impress. The phone possesses a touch display with a 240x400 resolution, 8 МP digital camera, xenon flash, Schneider-Kreuznach optics, auto focus with the possibility of manual adjustment and even image stabilization function.
The phone is able to record video in VGA-quality (30 frames per second), in case of QVGA-resolution, the speed of recording increases up to 120 frames per second. The device is able to play DivX and XviD formats and has Dolby-souround sound. The GPS-receiver is built in the phone and the device can work with cards of memory MicroSD (high capacity - up to 8 Gb).
