Stan Shih, Acer’s founder, has declared that his company intends to compete with HTC, informs DigiTimes.com. Acer finishes the transaction of E-Ten acquisition in some days.
According to Shih, the work with the smartphones’ market allows Acer to stay "focused" on the IT-market. As a result, Acer’s efforts on promotion its smartphones on all the markets will be complemented by a wide network of distributional channels, and also channels of products’ delivery - the company worked on its creation 30 years.
