Your carrier Beeline (ZAO "URS" and LLC "Golden Telecom") has decided to extend until April 15 for its subscribers to dial phone numbers, as in the old and the new format.
After changes in the "National Numbering Plan of Ukraine", which entered into force on 14 October for 3 months to subscribers of Beeline worked as a parallel set of numbers - in the old and new formats. Observations during this time showed that not all subscribers have time to get used to dialing prefix "8". The company therefore decided to extend the parallel set of numbers for another three months.

This service is very convenient because it allows subscribers to dial in the desired cellular, long distance or inter-city number is always, regardless of whether people remember the new numbering format.
