The ABI Research Company has carried out a study of mobile phones users’ preferences from seven countries. The purpose of interrogation of 1402 respondents was to find-out: what phone’s functions for them have crucial importance?
47 % of consumers consider, that in a phone should be a digital camera with more than 2 Mp, 34 % believe, that Bluetooth is obligatory, 32 % think that cannot live without a player/FM-radio. All users was less interested in Wi-Fi, mobile TV and games.
In what concerning the people behaviour in relation with a mobile operator - it is constant. According to the research, consumers choose the operator, being guided by familiar factors: price, quality of coverage area and presence of friends/members of family already connected to the operator.
