Nortel has announced the result of its social researches: a mobile phone is more important for humans than a wallet or a laptop. That is what replied more than a third of the respondents to the question: “What is the thing, of the three mentioned, you would never have left home”.
The study was conducted in 17 countries and revealed another interesting fact: it turns out that the number of so-called "over-connected" people is growing worldwide. They, for example, daily use over 7 devices for work and play, constantly enjoy more than 9 web resources (social networks, for example). Most of these people are in China, less - in Canada. However, according to the researchers, the number of such users will reach 40% in the next 5 years.
