The company Samsung surprised once again all its admirers by developing the slimmest photo module for cell phones. The solution is based on 8 MP CMOS matrix, has the ISO range of 100—1600 and the stabilization of image. The module is capable to recognize the human faces and as in the novelties of Canon PowerShot makes the photos after the appearance of smiles on the screen.
The sizes of this device (28×15,3×8,5 mm) make it a desired element in construction of ultraslim cell phones, communicators and other mobile devices. The mass production of this novelty will be launched in third quarter of 2008. At the same time we must wait the cell phone based on it.
