Ukrainian mobile operators from January to October 2009 have provided communications services residents of Odessa and the area of over 1,7 billion UAH as reported by the Department of Statistics in the Odessa region. This amounted to about 45% of the total services provided to citizens.
Long-distance, urban and computer communication was respectively 12%, 11% and 10% of the total amount available for the year of communications services.
The volume of communication services grew by 7% compared with last year. And also it became known that the use of computer communication has become in 2 times more Odessa.
