Nokia together with the South African Ministry of Education and the Mindset Network ONG has launched a new project under the name M4Girls.
“This pilot project uses the Nokia 6300 mobile phone with preinstalled educational materials to help 10 girl students of two schools in the study of mathematics," – it was said in the press release.
This program is aimed to help to understand the basic knowledge of the primary school objects (for example mathematics) the students from the historically poor regions of South Africa. The main aim of the project is those girls that are left behind and it must help them to reach the educational level of the others in class.
