South Korean manufacturer LG is preparing to release a new smartphone with 3D functionality. New to the lineup will include Optimus and get more productive iron compared to LG Optimus 3D. With a name staff decided not to bother, the gadget will be called the LG Optimus 3D 2 (manufacturing index CX2).
Receiver equipped with Optimus 3D first dual-core processor TI OMAP processor with a clock frequency of 1,2 GHz and a gigabyte of RAM. The unit's display remains the same as its predecessor. Its diagonal is 4.3 inches, and resolution - 480x800 pixels. The display is made using a proprietary technology NOVA, but its brightness was still significantly reduced when using the 3D mode. Smartphone equipped with two cameras with a resolution of 5 megapixels and two LED flashes. The cameras can shoot video in 3D stereoscopic images and transmit to the display. Built-in memory is 8 GB and it can be increased through the use of memory cards microSD. To transfer data to the new product modules installed Wi-Fi (b / g / n), Bluetooth 3.0, GPS and NFC chip. The operating system uses Android 2.3 Gingerbread, which in future will be updated to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
The official announcement is expected at the upcoming smartphone exhibition MWC 2012.
