The mobile operator Astelit (TM life:) and Russia's mobile operator VimpelCom "(TM" Beeline ") signed an agreement on direct accession networks.
According to the vice-president for corporate business development, VimpelCom Andrey Patoka, establishing a direct connection enables Beeline to reduce costs by transferring traffic while providing an international communication, and provide their services on more favorable terms to customers.
Note that to date, VimpelCom committed 280 direct connection, allow the exchange of international traffic to networks operators worldwide.
