The company officially introduced the phone Fujitsu Fujitsu F-04B, the original phone with detachable touch screen and projector, but so far focused only on the Japanese market.
This model was introduced last year as a prototype at the exhibition CEATEC 2008. Peculiarity of F-04B is its form factor. At first glance it looks like an ordinary slider, but if you want the phone can be divided into two halves: the first contains a 3.4-inch touch screen with 480 × 960 pixels, and most of the electronics and the second - QWERTY-keyboard and a slide-out unit with digital keys. Halves communicate via a wireless Bluetooth-channel at a distance of 10 meters.
To talk, you can use both modules completely independent, because each has a built-in speaker and microphone.
It is interesting that the optional Fujitsu F-04B has one module - the projector. With the help of a projector, having brightness in 6 lumens, you can view movies and pictures. Battery capacity of 800 mAh, situated in a module, it is enough for a 2-hour video. DLP Pico chipset company Texas Instruments provides a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels.
Among other unusual features appear on the phone support GPS and HSDPA, built-in camera with a resolution of 12.2 megapixels and a connector for a smart card Felica, allows the device to act as an electronic purse payment and railway ticketing, shopping in supermarkets and vending machines.
Size apparatus - 11,4 × 5,1 × 20,4 cm, weight - about 173 g. In the standby and talk time the device is able to work out to 600 hours and 330 minutes respectively.
In Japanese market, Fujitsu F-04B will be in March-April next year.
