On the Bluetooth Special Interest Group association’s site has appeared the information on the certification of its new mobile phone Benq E55, which, judging from the available information and photographs, is made in the clamshell form-factor, and also supports the third generation networks (WCDMA 2100) in addition to the three GSM bands (900/1800/1900 MHz).
This mobile phone supports such data transfer standards on the mobile networks as GPRS and EDGE, and some of the Bluetooth profiles are these: Headset, Hands-Free 1.5, FTP, AVCTP, AVRCP, Dial-Up, Object Push, GAVDP, AVDTP, A2DP.
Some other information on Benq E55, unfortunately, is not available - including the lead time of its appearance.
