Kyivstar offers its customers a new convenient service - Replacement SIM-card, which can be activated after the loss of or damage to the main SIM-card.
Service spare SIM-card allows customers to Kyivstar obtain additional SIM-card, which can be connected with the loss of or damage to the main. Activate a spare SIM-card at any time, remotely, as well as roaming. In this case lost or damaged primary SIM-card is deactivated and activated the additional card is the basic. The client can once again order the "new" replacement SIM-card.
To activate "Replacement SIM-card" should contact the nearest Customer Service Centre and submit an application. Contract customers need to carry an identity document; customers Kyivstar prepaid "or DJUICE - only basic SIM-card. According to one subscriber number can be connected to only one spare SIM-card. Coordinators of corporate clients can connect an unlimited number of spare SIM-cards. Connect a spare SIM-card can be within 3 years from the date of connection of the service and use it indefinitely.
Cost of service connection "Replacement SIM-card" is 20,00 UAH. VAT. The activation fee will not be charged. All prices are in UAH including VAT. In addition, the collection is held in the Pension Fund in the amount of 7,5% of the total cost, excluding VAT.
Activate spare SIM-card can be read as follows:
• dialing a short number 466 (free of charge for rooms within Kyivstar network) or (044) 466-0-466;
• using self-service "My Kyivstar" / "My DJUICE»;
• Contact your nearest Customer Service Centre.
Service spare SIM-card "can be disabled in the following cases:
• Order new spare SIM-card;
• made replacement of the basic SIM-card with the refusal to spare;
• customer number has been disconnected;
• there was a re-contract customer
• customer switched from a contract-for-service to prepaid or vice versa;
• expired activation (3 years from the date of service connection).
